As a photographer, it is so important to schedule time to shoot for yourself so you don't lose your spark. It's hard sometimes when we get wrapped up in life, weddings, family shoots, friends, etc to find the time. When I shoot for myself it means no boundaries and I can do whatever I want and be super duper creative. A lot of times I will find models and stage a shoot. On this occasion, my friend Heather Thorne and I had visions of grandeur to style it like crazy but it just didn't work out due to bad weather leading up to the shoot. But we were able to get a group of lovely ladies together to do a fun shoot where we styled them to the nines. Heather and I work so well together and I had a blast shooting with her. Also, Elisabeth, one of the ladies is also a photog and she helped me out with Trey and Britt's wedding. We had so much fun doing this fashion shoot! Did I mention how beautiful these girls are? Oh my...I could shoot them all day!
